A permit was issued in October 2010 by the Department of Sustainability and Environment yet they have still not provided any evidence of damage by kangaroos to NMIT enterprise to justify thiese killings.
The Australian Society for Kangaroos, Wildlife Groups, members of the public and local residents are fighting to have the permit withdrawn.
